Conditions for return of goods for exchange and credit:
Merchandise for return or exchange must be in new condition. Please check your order for fit , color and expectation prior to putting it in service. Once it is used it becomes a hygene issue and becomes unfit for return or resale. Please return within 30 days for full credit or exchange.
Please reference your confirmation number, date of order and name when requesting a return. With out it we won't have a clue.
Some of our items are "special orders" and will require a 15% restocking charge. We hate doing this and avoid it like the dickens! We will inform you prior to shipping if the item you are ordering is a special order. We take pride in the fact that 95%+ of our merchandise can be returned with out restocking charges.
In some very rare cases we will not be able to accept a special order for return. These are very custom orders that are made at your request. We will advise you many times before we let you order one of these items : large quantities of special signs, clothing, things with your logo, odd stuff we can't talk you out of, that we can't return to the manufacturer or resale to other customers.
